• Lead and scale Canonical'sregional HR team (1-4 direct reports, depending onregion)
• Deliver precise and compliantHR operations in a timely manner and with the highest degree ofaccuracy
• Interact closely with TalentAcquisition and Workplace Engineering teams and create tight-knitprocesses across all HR regions
• Beaccountable for HR processes such as talent development, successionplanning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture andengagement initiatives that drive a high performingteam
• Work with senior managers acrossthe business on performance management, organizational design,employee engagement, rewards- and workforceplanning
• Coach and advise peoplemanagers on the full spectrum of employee relations issues acrossmultiple countries
• Partner with peoplemanagers to support the delivery of appropriate training anddevelopment programs
• Establish atrusted partnership with the business in yourregion
• Drive diversity, equity, andinclusion initiatives
• Design newpolicies and deliver on business-critical HR related projectsglobally
• Present at Canonical eventsto articulate Canonical's HRpractices
