KeyResponsibilities:
Brand Ambassadorship : As the head ofthe marketing and public relations department responsible forensuring all activities align with brand standards. Act as theprimary brand ambassador to ensure adherence to brandguidelines.
Communication Strategy : Developcomprehensive communication strategies for the hotel and coordinatewith various departments to execute marketing public relations andadvertising campaigns. Oversee activities such as hotel photographyadvertisement creative direction PR pitches media releases andcollateral development.
Event Planning : Spearhead theplanning and execution of media events consumer activations andbrand partnerships to enhance brand exposure and drive revenuegrowth.
Market Analysis : Conduct thorough research andanalysis of financial technological and demographic factors toidentify market opportunities and develop strategiesaccordingly.
Promotional Activities : Plan and manage thehotel s advertising and promotional efforts across various channelsincluding print electronic radio social media and direct mail.Develop promotional materials and provide key messaging support formedia interviews and crisis communications.
ResourceManagement : Regularly submit reports to management manage agencyresources for projects and campaigns update hotel listingscollaborate with digital marketing and social media agencies anddeliver insightful strategies and presentations to the executivecommittee and relevantdepartments.
Qualifications:
Experience and Skills : A minimum of 58 years of experience inmarketing/communications preferably in a hotel setting. Excellentwritten and verbal English communication skills arerequired.
Personal Qualities : Exceptional organizationalskills attention to detail professionalism and selfmotivation. Ateam player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability towork well under pressure.
Education and LanguageProficiency : University Degree in relevant field is preferred andproficiency in Arabic language and writing is consideredadvantageous.
Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in WordExcel PowerPoint and database management software. Additionalexperience with marketing and PR agency tools and software isbeneficial.
Additional Assets : Experience in marketingand PR agencies or additional language skills particularly Arabicwill be consideredadvantageous.
