Job description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain effective relationship with the existing customers.
• Identify business development opportunities from customers.
• Constantly create revenue generating channels from Cross Selling and Upselling streams to new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives and targets.
• Increase cross selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Ensure Sales targets are met.
Job Requirements (Experience and education)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Logistics preferably)
• 2-5 years’ experience of Customer Service preferably handling key business clients
• Ability to handle challenging situation in a composed manner
• Excellent English Verbal & Written skills
