Job description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a dynamic team in the banking sector.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT development, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:

Manage the overall project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables

Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk management plans

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project status updates to stakeholders

Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to project sponsors and stakeholders

Manage project budgets and track project expenses against budget

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in the banking industry

PMP or other project management certification is preferred

Experience managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies

Knowledge of banking systems and technologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
