PositionSummary
Assist inmonitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolutionand follow-up. Assist and support management and the leadershipteam with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Monitorall hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local,state, and federal laws and company policies and standards. InformHuman Resources management of issues related to employee relations.Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees andmanagement regarding company and Human Resources programs, policiesand guidelines. Disseminate information to employees related toemployer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnelpolicies and programs. Review and ensure accurate maintenance ofall employee records and files. Assist in logistics,administration, and Answer phone calls and recordmessages.
- Monitor allhiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local,state, laws and company policies andstandards.
- Monitor and assist with hiringprocesses and issues.
- Create new employeepersonnel file.
- Maintain confidentiality adsecurity of employees and property records, files andinformation.
- Ensure accurate Maintenace of allemployee records and files
- Post all necessarylegal or regulatory notices related to Human Resources in view ofall employees as required by law.
- Perform otherreasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
