A Solution Consultant – Network& Security within Beyon Solutions possess a strongEnterprise Networking, Data Center, Collaboration, Security,Automation, and Cloud background. The Solution Consultant role is acustomer focused technical sales professional who ensures thattechnical information and guidance is provided to the customer,delivering meaningful outcomes based on our partners product andservices portfolio. The Solution Consultant will partner with ourAccount Management team in a pre-sales technical function,showcasing solutions, providing customer presentations, performingtechnical demonstrations, creating BoM’s, and runningproof of concept activities.
The Solution Consultant will partner, consult,influence and design solutions to allow the customer to meet theirdesired outcomes. In addition to technology aptitude and theability to learn quickly and stay current; the idealcandidate's interpersonal, presentation and troubleshootingskills should evoke passion and confidence.
In addition to the above, the SolutionConsultant will perform the following functions:
- Technologysolution consultant to the customer and the accountteam
- Leverage an array of technology, servicesand support specialists.
- Collaborate closelywith Account Directors/ Managers on account planningactivities.
- Educate the customer on partnerdifferentiation, creating demand.
- Align BeyonSolutions product and services capabilities to customers businessdrivers.
Apply Business Architecturefundamentals to the technical selling process.

Strategic
- Understandthe changing landscape of the industries and vertical BeyonSolutions customer operate in and provide insight a proactivethought leadership, both internally andexternally.
- Support the development andimplementation of a strategic direction through the creation ofvalue-added partnerships, product and solutioncapabilities.
- Be at the forefront of innovationand technology and understand the value this brings toclients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to andtechnical leader toclients.
Operational
- Assistwith the qualification of business opportunities through detaileddiscovery process.
- Lead business engagements tounderstand customers’ business requirements/ needs (gapanalysis)
- Architect, design, plan andcommercialize solutions that enable clients to achieve theirorganizational objectives.
- Work with thevirtual bid team to support tenders, completing bidresponses/answering technical questions for customers andprospects.
- Lead whiteboard sessions withcustomers to showcase your proposed solutions componentsdevelopment, designs, and integration.
- Assistthe Sales team during proposal presentations and address technicalqueries related to the solutions.
- Undertakeexecution of any project/ initiative for the department andorganization as identified fromtime-to-time.
- Undertake thought leadershipsession with clients and at public events that showcase both yoursand BEYON Solutions capability and commitment to leadinginnovation.
- Conduct Demo’s PoC/ PoVsession to internal and external clients.
- Serveas a subject matter expert in own work area and provide guidance toteam / peers and support in the achievement of operational andrevenue targets.
