• The consultant should have minimumof 7 years of Implementation and configuration experience inSuccessFactors modules.
• The consultantshould be a multi module expert with strong work experience onEmployee central, EC Payroll, Recruitment and Succession modules.Knowledge on PMGM and compensation is an addedadvantage.
• Should have experience onEC Time off, Global Benefits, RBP, MDF, Foundational objects,alerts, rules, workflows, Position Management, and other Employeecentral areas.
• The consultant shouldhave in depth understanding of EC Payroll processing, Schemas,Payroll Control center, HR forms, International Payroll run,Alerts, Off Cycle processing, Wage Types, Point to Point mappingIntegration model and other relevant areas that are required forsuccessful Payroll processing.
