KeyResponsibilities:
Greetand welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteousmanner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriateperson or department
Maintain a tidy and presentablereception area
Receive and sort mail anddeliveries
Schedule appointments and meetings
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing andphotocopying
Manage office supplies and place orders whennecessary
Handle all inquiries and provide accurateinformation to clients and visitors
Maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications inOffice Administration or related field is a plus
Provenwork experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative orsimilar role
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional and friendlydemeanor
WorkingConditions:
This is afulltime position Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00PM
The role may require occasional overtime andflexibility in working hours
The Receptionist will bebased in our office in ManamaBahrain
