We arelooking for a reliable Performance Team Leader to be responsiblefor the overall supply chain management. Performance Team Leaderresponsible for managing the entire order cycle to enhance businessdevelopment and ensure sustainability and customersatisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, andcustomer service.
- Direct, optimize andcoordinate full order cycle.
- Liaise andnegotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, andconsumers.
- Resolve any arising problems orcomplaints.
- Maintain metrics and analyze datato assess performance and implementimprovements.
Requirements &Skills:
- Proven work experience as a PerformanceTeam Leader or related position.
- Demonstrableability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient instandard logistics software.
- Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and organizationalskills.
- Ability to work independently andhandle multiple projects.
- BS in BusinessAdministration, Logistics, or Supply chain.
