PositionOverview:
The Human Resources (HR) Specialistplays a crucial role in the human resources department of anorganization. They are responsible for performing variousadministrative tasks and providing support in key areas such asrecruitment employee relations benefits administration and HRcompliance. The HR Specialist serves as a liaison between employeesand management ensuring that HR policies and procedures areeffectively implemented and followed.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. Recruitment andOnboarding:
Coordinate the recruitment processincluding job postings screening resumes conducting interviews andmaking job offers.
Facilitate the onboardingprocess for new employees including preparing offer lettersconducting orientation programs and ensuring a smooth transitioninto the organization.
2. EmployeeRelations:
Act as a point of contact foremployees regarding HR policies procedures and employmentrelatedqueries.
Assist in resolving employee concernsand conflicts by conducting investigations and providing guidanceto employees and managers.
Promote a positivework environment and foster employee engagement andmorale.
3. HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance withrelevant laws and regulations.
Handle employeedocumentation such as employment contracts performance evaluationsand disciplinary actions.
Assist in theadministration of employee benefits programs including enrollmentchanges and inquiries.
4. HRCompliance:
Stay uptodate with employment lawsand regulations ensuring HR policies and practices align with legalrequirements.
Assist in the development andimplementation of HR policies procedures and initiatives to promotecompliance and best practices.
Support HR auditsand investigations to ensure adherence to legal and regulatoryrequirements.
5. Training andDevelopment:
Coordinate and deliver trainingsessions on HR policies procedures and compliancetopics.
Assist in identifying training anddevelopment needs and recommend appropriate programs orresources.
Qualifications andSkills:
Bachelors degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
Proven experience in a similar HRrole with a solid understanding of HR principles andpractices.
Knowledge of employment lawsregulations and best practices.
Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to buildrelationships with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the abilityto prioritize and multitask effectively.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy inwork.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human ResourcesInformation Systems) and other HR software.
Professional certifications such as SHRMCP or PHR are desirable butnot mandatory.
Please note that a transferablework permit in Bahrain is desired and the mentioned salary is allinclusive ( dependent visa and other allowances are not provided)
